Please be informed that from 15.08.2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors and of 28 July 2023 amending the Act - Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts and implementation of STANDARDS OF PROTECTION OF MINORS (SOM),

The following are required for check-in with a child at Lemon Resort Spa:

1. Identity documents of all registered persons, including minors (ID card, passport, driver's license, mCitizen application)

2. Document confirming the kinship of the child traveling with you (e.g. IKP, court decision).

3. Consent of parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child). This applies to people who are not related to the child and, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not his legal guardians at any given time.

4. In the absence of the aforementioned documents, you sign a statement regarding kinship with the child and his/her personal data.

Please bear with our staff who, under the new regulations, are obliged to verify the relationship between the child and the adults accompanying him at the property.
