Important:

Upon check-in with a child, the child's identity document and confirmation of custody (e.g. in the case of grandparents, guardians) are required.

Animals and conditions:

• Pets are allowed in Classic rooms only.
• We accept pets weighing up to 20 kg, upon prior agreement with the reception.
• The fee for the stay of a pet is 200 PLN/day
• Resort can change room type

Additionally:

• Pre-authorization of the card is required upon check-in.

At the time of booking, a prepayment (depending on the offer) of 30% or 100% of the reservation value will be charged. Prepayment is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation or non-appearance, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

Transfer of 1-3 people from Kraków-Balice airport to the Resort costs 550 PLN;

Transfer of 4-8 persons is possible for an additional fee (the price is set individually)

Storage is available at the reception.
