When checking in with the child, it is required to show the child's identity card and a document certifying the right to care for the child (this applies to persons not related to the child, as well as, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not his legal guardians at the moment).

Pets are only allowed in Premium Rooms only. It is possible to stay with an animal weighing up to 20 kg, after prior contact with the hotel reception and accepting the sent regulations. In the case of arrival with an animal, there is a surcharge of PLN 200 / day, and the Hotel reserves the right to change the type of room.

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 7 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 1 room night. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 1 room night to guarantee the reservation.
